Terms

These terms cover bookings made with Bristol FloorScan. They're kept short and plain on purpose — if you'd like anything clarified or formalised for an agency arrangement, get in touch.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once we've agreed a date and property details directly with you, whether by email, phone or the website form. Preferred dates submitted through the form are requests and are confirmed on reply.

Access

You're responsible for arranging access to the property for the agreed appointment, whether that's you, a tenant, or another party with keys.

Pricing

Standard residential scans are priced from around £90, as shown on the pricing page. Larger, unusual, multi-unit or specialist properties are quoted individually. Confirmed quotes will be honoured for the property and scope described.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or move a booking, let us know as soon as you can so the time can be reallocated. Specific notice periods or fees, if any, will be confirmed at booking.

Use of delivered files

Delivered scan files and floor information are for your own use — for example listings, records or internal planning — unless otherwise agreed.

Limitations

Property scans provide useful digital representation of a property's layout but are not a substitute for a formal building survey, structural assessment, or legal measurement where one is required.
