Bristol FloorScan visits the property and captures each room using LiDAR-capable mobile hardware. The capture is then processed into a usable digital output covering the property's layout.
It depends on the size and layout of the property. A typical house or flat is usually captured in well under an hour — an estimate can be given when you book.
Someone needs to be able to provide access, whether that's you, a tenant, or an agent with keys. You don't need to stay for the whole visit.

Ordinary residential houses and flats are the current focus. Larger, unusual, multi-unit or specialist properties can usually still be scanned, but are quoted individually.
