What's suitable to scan
Ordinary residential houses and flats are the current focus of the service.
Larger, unusual, multi-unit or specialist properties can typically still be captured, but are quoted individually rather than at the standard rate — see pricing for detail. If you're unsure whether a property is a good fit, get in touch and describe it — we'll let you know honestly.
Bristol FloorScan does not currently offer full building surveys, structural reports, or architectural drawings. The service is focused on efficient digital capture — it's a good complement to, but not a replacement for, professional survey or architectural work where that's what's needed.
