This page explains what information Bristol FloorScan collects through this website, and how it's used. It's written in plain language rather than dense legal text — if anything here is unclear, get in touch and ask.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry or booking form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company or agency name (if given), the property address and postcode, property details, your preferred date, and any additional notes you include.

How it's used

This information is used only to respond to your enquiry, arrange and carry out a property scan, and communicate with you about that booking. It is not sold, and it is not used for marketing you haven't asked for.

How it's stored

Enquiry data is currently processed by our website's contact form and handled directly by Bristol FloorScan. As the business grows, this may move to a dedicated booking or customer management system — if that happens, this page will be updated to reflect it. Data is transmitted over HTTPS.

Third parties

We don't currently share enquiry data with third parties beyond what's needed to operate the website itself (for example, hosting infrastructure). This site does not run invasive tracking or advertising scripts by default.

Your information

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting hello@bristolfloorscan.co.uk.

This page describes our current practices honestly rather than asserting formal regulatory compliance. If you have specific data protection requirements — for example as an agency client — please raise them directly and we'll do our best to accommodate them.
